Lately, I have been going out Plein Air painting with my friend William Wray. He is one of the best most influential Painters around. Painting from life forces you to paint quickly and honestly, and it is a good reason to get out of the stuffy studio. Although some of the places he has me meet him are pretty rough. I am actually surprised we haven’t come across a dead body or something along those lines. Here are some examples of our outings.
